Our Shire's greatest assets are it’s beautiful environment, it’s people and our shared heritage. The greatest challenge, and opportunity, is to sustainably build our Shire into a great place to live, work and visit for future generations.

COUNCIL VISION
In my first term as council as worked to deliver what I had promised - engaging our young people. From my initiative, we saw school leaders from all our high schools speak at a council meeting. An important step in creating connection in our community for all ages. I know this can be built on.
The future of our council doesn't rest solely on our young people - it is what we do now that counts to ensure the sustainability of our council, to remain a place that is livable and prosperous. I commit to continuing to work for the mighty Macleay. While we are a small council, we punch above our weight in everything we do and through my leadership we will work with community and council to deliver the best for our shire.
